I have not used all competitors, but the ones that I have were blown into the water by Jotform's quality and broad scope of features. Pricing seems to be reasonable in comparison with their competitors especially with the features and integrations with other software that Jotform offers. Overall: Jotform's support is very helpful, the set up of your forms is very easy. Even if they don't fix this specific issue, support was helpful and offered alternative solutions that ended up working for me in the meantime. It's nice to feel like a company actually listens to your feedback/concerns. However, this appears to be a con they have taken under advisement and are working on. If a user uploads multiple files, it becomes a mess of conjoined links that must be separated before using. I have integrated with Jotform, and the files connection where can "store" Jotform form file submissions only allows for one file/link to a file at once. It was nice to have formatted and ready with a few clicks rather than manually entering the information.Ĭons: The only thing I don't like is incredibly specific to my own needs, and is nothing in comparison to the problems I would be having without Jotform's ability to integrate with multiple platforms outside their own software. This was extremely vital to me as some of the data I was recording needed to be sent to users via Excel spreadsheets. Jotform also allows you to export your submission responses, which is not something all form software has set up. Speaking as a web designer, it's great to have that continuity in your design because it doesn't look like you've pieced it together from several different places. It's also very easy to build out and design in such a way that it looks like part of your site, rather than a 3rd party form software. I especially appreciated the custom thank you pages, as I had the same form for several different groups, but had to give them different directions at the end. Even complex forms, with conditional logic (show/hide questions based off previous answers) was a breeze. Pros: I really like how easy Jotform made the process of setting these forms up.
